Acceptance of Terms

By visiting iptvzio.com, initiating contact via WhatsApp, or purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

The Service

IPTVZio provides access to internet-based streaming content including live television channels, video on demand (VOD), and EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) data. Access is provided via IPTV-compatible apps and devices using credentials issued after subscription activation.

Content availability, channel line-up, and features may change from time to time without prior notice due to licensing or technical changes beyond our control.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use this Service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

It is your responsibility to ensure that IPTV streaming services are legal in your country or region. We do not make representations about the legal status of IPTV in any specific jurisdiction.

Account & Access Credentials

Upon successful subscription and payment confirmation, we will provide you with login credentials (username, password, and/or M3U playlist URL) via WhatsApp or email.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Each subscription is for one (1) simultaneous connection unless otherwise stated in your plan.
• Sharing credentials with third parties, reselling access, or using multiple simultaneous connections beyond your plan allowance is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.
• Report any suspected unauthorised use of your credentials to us immediately.

Subscriptions & Payment

Subscriptions are available in the following durations: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

Payment is currently processed via WhatsApp communication. A subscription is activated only after payment is confirmed. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — you must contact us to renew before your plan expires.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing your subscription or credentials to any third party.
• Using the Service for public screenings, commercial broadcasting, or any commercial purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the service infrastructure.
• Circumventing any access controls or security measures.
• Using the Service to transmit harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or degrades the quality of the Service for other users.

Violation of any acceptable use policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content accessible through the Service — including but not limited to live channels, VOD content, graphics, trademarks, and software — is the property of their respective owners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over any content streamed through the Service. You may not record, copy, redistribute, or re-broadcast any content accessed via our platform.

Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime across our server infrastructure. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Occasional interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will notify users in advance where possible).
• Upstream provider or network issues outside our control.
• High-demand events (e.g. major live sports broadcasts).
• Force majeure events.

Brief interruptions do not entitle users to refunds. Prolonged outages (more than 72 hours continuous) may be considered for compensation at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranty that any specific channel, content title, or feature will remain available throughout your subscription period, as content availability is subject to third-party licensing agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTVZio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current active subscription period.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use. In cases of clear violation (credential sharing, reselling), no refund will be issued.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by ceasing to use it. Unused subscription time is not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via WhatsApp or email.
